All pertain to expert-levels of Harm Reduction at a Core level.
Unrelated events caused delays and then the extended hiatus.
Reinstatement of activity became resources dependent.
The project founder has concentrated on a more-focused option.
The company has therefore not pursued further funding.
It can however do so with the availability of Key personnel.
